How do you structure your fees for the services I need? Will I be billed hourly, by project, or on a retainer basis?

For most services we bill a flat fee per project or monthly, depending on the type of service. Certain projects are billed hourly, which would be discussed prior to starting the project and a budget for the project would be established beforehand. We never want our clients to be surprised when they get our invoices!

Who will be my primary point of contact at your firm? Will I have access to a dedicated team or a single accountant?

You will meet your primary point of contact prior to starting work with us and you will have direct access to them. They are empowered to work with you directly but they also have the resources of the rest of our firm as needed.

As my business grows, can your services scale to meet my changing needs? Are you equipped to handle additional complexities as my finances evolve?

Certainly! We will adjust our services to meet your changing business needs. We offer three tiers of service (insert link to pricing tier page?) that meet the needs for any business. As your business grows, our level of service will grow with you, ensuring that you continue to get the level of support needed to successfully grow your business.

I’m not located in Sioux Falls. Can I still work with you?

Of course! We would be happy to work with you. Our firm was started with remote work and electronic processes, allowing us to serve clients across the country. We use technology regularly but we are happy to meet with clients as needed. If you aren’t from around here but you’re stopping through the area, we would love to see you!

How will we communicate regularly? What communication tools and platforms do you prefer?

We regularly communicate via email, which helps to ensure everyone is on the same page. We’re happy to set up phone calls and video chats as needed, as well as face-to-face meetings, so don’t hesitate to ask for that. For sensitive information, such as sending tax forms or financial information, we use a secure client portal to keep things safe.
